Guaranteed lead volume
Fixed conversion rates
Digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors including competition, industry, budget, and market conditions.
We guarantee execution, optimization, and strategic implementation — not specific financial outcomes.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Provide timely approvals and feedback
Provide access to required accounts (hosting, ads, analytics, etc.)
Comply with advertising platform policies
Brandraj is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or lack of cooperation.
Our services may involve third-party tools and platforms including but not limited to:

Payment gateways
We are not liable for:

Account suspensions

Clients are bound by the terms of those third-party services separately.
Brandraj shall not be held liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Business interruption

Platform suspensions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We respect client confidentiality. Any proprietary business information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
Clients agree not to disclose proprietary strategies, frameworks, or internal systems developed by Brandraj.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreement terms.
Upon termination:
Outstanding payments become immediately due.
Access to tools and systems may be revoked.
Ongoing campaigns may be paused.
No refunds will be issued for work already completed.
You agree to indemnify and hold Brandraj harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from:

False business claims

Intellectual property violations by the client
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
