UrbanKart — Hyperlocal Delivery Growth
From 8,000 to 90,000 monthly orders — growth built on tracking first, spending second.
The problem
UrbanKart had a product customers loved in two neighbourhoods, but customer acquisition cost from unstructured ads was three times what the business could afford. Scaling spend would have scaled the losses.
The solution
We fixed measurement before touching budgets — every order traced to its source. Then geo-targeted campaigns, a local-search content engine for 'near me' queries, and WhatsApp/email journeys that brought first-time buyers back. Spend scaled only as the unit economics proved out, month by month.
“They treated our budget like their own money. Acquisition cost dropped every single month for a year.”
