Medivo's clinics served patients well — but only those who could reach them. App-first competitors were capturing patients across the state while Medivo had no digital channel at all.
The solution
We shadowed doctors and front-desk staff before designing a single screen. The app that emerged handles video consultations with in-call prescriptions, slot booking that respects how clinics actually schedule, medicine delivery, and a doctor-side app the physicians adopted without resistance — all encrypted end to end.
