The problem
Dispatchers coordinated 2,400 vehicles through phone calls and WhatsApp. With no live visibility, trucks sat idle, delivery promises slipped, and fuel quietly disappeared.
The solution
We rode along with dispatchers and drivers before writing requirements. The suite we built gives live GPS tracking with geofencing, dispatch recommendations that suggest the right vehicle for each load, a driver app with digital proof of delivery, and fuel analytics that made one category of loss visible — and then made it stop.
